were to get cheapest high flow cat?

were can i get the cheapest hi flo cat for a 1988 honda accord lx.

somewere awhile back i saw one for like $50.

anyways will this help any? is it the same as putting a straight pipe in place of it? i have no emissions so i dont care, i wanna know if the hi flow cat will create the same or more power as straight pipe. in some magazines it says it will increase up to 5 hp ?

I'm getting one from there (above link). Check out the 2600 hi flow series listed at bottom of page. They're around $70. I've also read that you can get a normal cat that is one step up in piping size and it works as a hi flow. Example: 2.5 in. cat on 2.25 in. exhaust piping.

take off your cat and bash the inside with a bar or something that will break up all the stuff inside...empty out the stuff then replace it on the car....there free
but the bolts may be a little hard to get off....then it wont be fun
