    Greetings i am new

    Hello 3geez.com members!! my Name is Paul, aka pimp86LX

    I am new and just wanted to say hello, and i am an idiot. :lol yes thats right, my mechanical knowledge is at a low and so please have patients with my questions.

    btw, i just bought an 86 LX for $100 CAN!!! the engine has 186k and runs mint, however the body is rotted out

    Body is bad!!

    heh heh well ya the body is really bad....ie) floor has holes bad...but! i have already welded new rockers on ($69) and i get new front fenders monday (also $69) and they just bolt on :-) then i'm welding in 4 patches in the floor, the interior seats and carpet is deacent but i live in Ontario so we have emmissions test :-( so probably a new cat and uhh probably new pads and shoes and she's ready to go

    btw its bone stock A20A...for now

    $100 ... wow. Mine was 2k Can....but it WAS in beeeeautiful condition..or so i thought...the rust is starting to eat it's bitch-ass through...i better start to look at that....

    it was a deal from my uncle so... heh heh anyway yah get rid of that rust real quick!!! it can only get worse. best thing to do for winter is undercoat and rust proof, bout $100 from a shot (i got a sprayer ) then spray that rocker guard stuff around the drain plugs and rusty areas,
    that way you can survive these stupid igloo cold winters eh....
