Wow that thing is fresh!
I'd happily pay the price of admission to own suck a clean, low mile car. I'd put a set of wheels on it so I wouldn't damage the stock steelies, and drive it to car shows.

If only it wasn't white, a sedan, a DX, or an automatic...
1986 Honda Accord Dx ~~ 97xxx Miles~~
Super clean, low mileage hatch. Again, automatic DX...
I swear I've read threads around here saying that these cars aren't worth a whole lot more than $1,000. Maybe $2,500 if it's showroom condition. Are these cars going back up in price now?

They've been going up for a while, but very few people have noticed it. Clean, low mile examples seem to land in the $3000 or more range, while decent drivers start around $1500. I'd expect to pay more for an LXi or SEi, especially if it had some of the rare options. There are still deals out there on these cars, and the vast majority of members here aren't buying the nice examples. If you don't mind one with issues, you can still get them in the under $1000 range.
Plus, it's Seattle. Cars are either perfect or not. Perfect cars pull premiums, anything else is stealing.
That's why I buy mine broken. I have around $500 in the one I am driving now. It needs a few hundred in work, but it will take a lot of TLC to make it as nice as one of these low mile cars. I can deal with the mechanicals, it's all of the trim and interior that's always hard to find in good condition.
Woww..... I would love to buy that just for the body, it must be so damn mint!
