Man its been a while. Here's what Ive been up to!

Not sure if many of you guys remember me, but I had this old 89 accord LXI:


I still miss her in some ways even though I didnt get far with her. In the end she helped me grow and got me into working on cars.

Currently this is my project: 1982 VW Scirocco
Started life for me as this neglected soul



As it sits currently:










Resurrected this car on my own, it has never seen a shop in its life since my ownership.

Just wanna say thanks for guiding me and getting me started on being comfortable with working on cars. I'm still part of the Honda scene, my daily is a slow project as well.

I am soooo glad you resurrected that car, that was a very wise choice because those are rare to see anymore and the Scirocco is/was one of my favorite cars of the era.

Thanks guys! My first car ever was a 1984 Scirocco so I am slightly partial to VWs in general. I had to pick up my '82 when I saw it sitting where it was. My '82 is far from what I would ever call finished, but thats a project for ya!

Been doing a lot of deleting and modifying under the hood! I would like to swap in a 16v PL 1.8l rocco motor later on when the time and money is right, but for now im rocking the 8v in it.
