ball joints!

i put on some lude arms and i want to know how to chck the ball joints? upper and lower ones. what sould i twist or shake? you know what i mean. some one holla cuz i wanna know if i need new ones!

First, check the boots (rubber boot). If its ripped... change the joint.

Second, if you have the joint appart as in disasembled, move it with your fingers and should be a bit tight. If it wiggles very loosly, that could be a sign of wear. If still confused, take it to a local shop and they should be able to tell you.
