What Im AIming FOr NExt - Car 2

At the moment, im set with a savings goal $10k once I hit that, im investing most of my money but i'll be using what I have left to get my hands on a Ford either XA, XC or preferably XB Coupe.

Once I have the money, hopefully one will be waiting for me, it'll then be a long term slow project to work it, hopefully the end product will be what this one is above.

Work I want,

Redo the seats and doors, etc in black vinyl or maybe save and get it done in leather.

Fully rework the engine stock is a 351, some are 308, if 308 i'd drop a 351 or maybe a 408. Rebuild it, and put nitrious in it.

Stick in a 3 speed auto tranny, with B&m shift,

and finally repspraythe car in Glossy black, and hopefully get my hands on the Front end which is found on the Mad Max black interceptor. For those of you who don't realise, this car is infact the Mad Max Interceptor, well what it looks like without the body work.

drop a 351 Cleveland in there. big block power!



...well actually the 351 Windsor is much lighter so it would be a better choice

Actually im certain its stock with a cleveland,

so put the BOSS 302 motor in it... cleavlend heads in a lighter smaller package. then put a 175 shot of NOS and have a .500 lift cam with 1.65 rockers and dished pistons. the car will idle like a dragster. big headers and 1050 Holley Dominator. shift at 6500 and watch every thang go by. put a 9 inch ford in the back with 5.67 and a 5 speed T5 trnny. you will shift alot and rev fast. it will be fun... you could probably get 10 miles to the gallon if you drove slow. HAHAHAHAHA... so much fun makin big power engine cars for other peeps that will never happen but its cool just to think of crazy cars like the one i designed...

yer, nah i figure i want it as my everyday car, but i'd GUzzle fuel by the gallon....i want it Glossy black, I want it so you can see your reflection in it.

I dunno, auto or manual, firstyl PRIMARY goal, reach my savings target of $10k, by next year...then go from there

get 302 stroket to 347 drop some Boss heads on it, nice cam, nice carb, may be Vortex supercharger and woala you got yourself a car that can run at least 10sec runs.

I know stock these XB GT's are low-mid 14's. I would keep the original 351, work it, rebuild it, stroke it all that shit,
