Lol thats not anything new they have been doing this for years. I'm been to and taken part of many sideshow. They happen at random most of the time anywhere from freeways, main road, back streets parking lots ect... It's like the street but Oakland style. They had the a meet up the street from my house b4 hand and that 240 is a full blowen d1 track car. Look up 580 side show the vids go years back.

yeah it was crazier about 6 years ago. now it does not really happen unless its a empty street or a dead end street.
