Throttle problems

Ok so a few days ago I went out an got a universal throttle cable from autozone for my 89 accord fi an the car still isn't running right its like the throttle isn't opening all the way even when the pedal is to the floor any help will be great thanks

P.s. I checked the cable an its opening the throttle but car still isn't operating like normal

That's pretty open ended. Maybe you should start with the symptoms you are experiencing.

Like can you manually work the throttle or is it froze?

1989 Honda Accord LX-i Coupe is a wonderful model which i have last seen in my local area, but this model is not now available in our zone since our country is not so developed i sometimes miss this to get but not able to get.
