Isn't there a way to place the CAI without moving the battery? Isn't the stock CAI (Just have to remove the filter from the manifold and place it in front).
Modified Civic Intake. 40/17, NZO rims, Kumho tires.

If you want to add some more piping so that it curves around the battery like the stock intake, then yes. But that's a little hard to do.

keep in mind, straighter the better, more bends is just not right. besides, moving the battery to the back is not that hard if u think about it.

BTW, the cai I just sold to DarknessRS routed behind the battery, so it can be done, seen it with my own eyes.

the CAI i have on my car is 3" piping so I had to move the battery somehow. I have a 2.5" that I made all I did is move the battery as far over as I could and it will fit. The other thing about my intake is I use 3 pieces not 4.

You don't really have to relocate the battery, just slide it way off to the side.

    bypass valve.
Keeps your engine from hydrolock (keeps water out from being sucked in)
