Pretty sure that's going to be a dealer item. Sometimes RockAuto.com has obscure stuff like that, so check there too. If you can't get it at the dealer or RockAuto, then the junkyard is your best bet. If you can't get one from a junkyard, then you're looking at retrofitting some other kind of switch in there.
