Ok so my 88 accord lx (Carburetor) has had some problems like my headlights never turn off except when the car is off and it will star then just die shortly after starting. I hae changed the Dist. Cap, Rotor ignition button, spark plugs, valve cover gasket (leaking oil) and i have changed the Vacuum Advance Dist. It only has 174,xxx miles but runs as if it has twice that much. Any feed back would be awesome.
So when the car is on do they pop up, but not turn on, or not pop up at all?
My lights never turn off. once my car is on the lights are always on the switch dose not dim them or anything. only my brights work if i turn the light knob.
got the answer i needed from a mechanic, some wires were all messed up. thank you for the help
