ok so i just recently replace my water pump and it was all good until it started leaking and not from the pump, from where it looks like the tank from the coolant reservoir. what should i check and do to fix it?

Does it only leak when the car is running? Or does it look all the time?
well i parked in my school parking lot and left the car on and it started leaking, i turned it off and it continued to leak.
Have you followed the coolant to a certain spot?
Didn't have the chance to check, i have a feeling it might be a hose, which one is the question :p
If you overfill the reservoir tank, it will overflow. After a couple days, it will stop.

Yup it was just overflow got it fixed
