Seems to be rather an old topic but I've now got the roof weatherstrip available for purchase at Civic Garage, Your source for 1st Generation Honda Civic parts. If I can find samples of the other various seals (doors, tailgate/boot etc.) for Accords I shouldn't have too much trouble matching them up to what's available.
bringing up an old thread. im looking for any of the rubber seals for my front and rear glass and both doors. especially the one for the rear hatch glass. any ideas, im all ears guy's.
79 accord 2 door
I don't know what the seal looks like, but you might see if a universal weatherstrip can be made to work. They come in different profiles.

I Don't know of anything else that would work for the hatch or hatch rear quarters, it took me a long time to track down a set of good used seals myself
the Accord has double seals, on the front doors, I remember it being advertised as being extremely quiet due to that, I think they are unique to the Accord, also seals from car mounted belt cars are not interchangeable with door mounted belt cars, the doors were changed when the belts moved to the doors, the doors also got an extra catch at the top, this affects the weatherstrip, I've set an 89 door next to my 86 door and they simply won't match up
79 has single seal..
