New guy from Vegas

Hello everyone I just picked up a 1986 Honda Accord LXi Hatch. This is my first honda I've ever owned as I've always had lifted jeeps and suv's.

I will post a pic later on so you all can see it. The exterior needs some help for sure but the engine and gearbox sounds and feels magnificent. It has just over 204k miles on it. And has a bunch of records of stuff being replaced on it.

I'm looking to drop it a few inches on some nice wheel/tyre combo and call it a day (ill never be done)

One thing im worried is when the last time the timing has been replaced! Don't need that thing snapping on me while driving.

Thanks guys. Yeah I sure will post some pics tomorrow. I asked the owner when it was replaced and she said back in 2006 she believes. And shes only driven like 20k-25k since then also.

Here are some pics of the Hatch just a few minutes ago. I decided this car deserved a nice wash and a vacuum and cleaning inside and out.

Previous owner looks to have never really pampered this car.
