Ya just block one port off.. If you plan on getting a new o2 sensor you can just put the old one in the other spot.

Ight cool I was thinking about using the old sensor for a block but wasn't too sure :P

Which port should I use the new sensor in the upper or lowerish or does it even matter?

Oh yeah I forgot to ask this also.

It has, what i believe is, two EGR hook ups for the tube? (correct me if i'm wrong lol)

Where can I buy a block off for one of the tubes as my stock manifold has only one? I don't know the size lulz.

if you want a better reading with one sensor, just buy an o2 sensor bung, about 5 bucks, and have it welded in just past the collector, you can also buy 02 sensor block off plugs, more clearance and cleaner looking then an old sensor sticking out

True, I've seen some o2 sensor block off plugs but not sure of the size I need.

What about the 2nd EGR tube?

If you get a sensor bung welded on,get them to weld something over it, the o2 sensor threads are universal by the way, go to summit jegs etc and. Just order o2 sensor plugs and a bung

Re: New pacesetter header but has two oxygen sensor holes

I was thinking of just getting it cut down and welded. Looks like now I gotta search around for a reasonable price. Also, whats the wrench size for the EGR tube?

That second port is for the air suction system on carbed models. The easiest way to plug it would be to find a carbed model at the junkyard and use one end of the suction tube to make a plug with. Could be from a '83-'87 Prelude or '86-'89 Accord.

This is a piece of stainless exhaust tubing welded over both, I plan to coat the entire thing anyway. http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/d...e/S4022003.jpg

That actually looks good. I wouldnt mind it looking like that haha.

I ended up putting the header on and couldnt get a few studs replaced. I just couldnt drill out a few with my drill even with the radiator out it sucked. I did use some the copper permatex forgot the name already lol but it seems to seal up the header nicely along with the downpipe and what not.

But I dont notice any leaks besides the hole for the suction tube and no joke my it makes my car sound like a dam v8 its ridiculous yet embarrassing lol

Its only for the time being and I ordered a M32 x 1.5 to M20 x 1.5 adapter for the hole and im gonna buy a M20 x 1.5 bolt to seal it up nicely. My other option was to get it welded shut like you but it would have probably costed a pretty penny.
