Taking 1st gen door trim off

Hi fellas, anybody have a manual with details on how to remove the doortrim from a 1st gen Accord? Gotta take 1 off and don't want to break anything.
    Cheers, Glenn.

    Side bump-strip? on interior trim?
I've usually removed the interior trim to remove Bump-strip as the clips in the middle are awkward. Rear has a simple nut to undo & front pushes forwards & out of keyhole once the rest are undone.
Interior trim has the obvious screws @ armrest, door handle & side demist intake.
Window winder has the common 'c' clip of bent wire behind the handle that may be pushed out of its groove with a icey-pole stick or snagged with an old rag & pulled out.
Then there is the assortment of plastic clips around the edge where a clip removal tool/Garden weeding tool/ or screw-driver on each side may be useful.
They often pull out of the door trim board almost as often as the door anyway.
Then lift trim upward out of window recess (probably easier with window wound down).
