    Clock problem

My clock reads 1:00 all the time and doesnt change (wont even let me change it) What the hell is that!!!
its really getting to me... could it just be that the clock has problems or electrical problems?
if anyone has encountered this please let me know!!! Thanks!

there is a reset button that when pushed resets the time to 1:00. it is probably stuck.
