new hatch owner. gulf coast ms. 86 lxi

Jason here from south Mississippi. Vancleave, ms to be exact. I am 23. Just recently picked up a 1986 Honda Accord LX-i with minor front end damage as my project for this summer.

My plans for the car so far is to bring it back to peak mechanical running condition and make it look nice and handle well. speed isn't my greatest concern as of now, but will be addressed in the distant future. All I care about is reliability and saving gas with small things done here and there to make it just that much better.
I like this website and find it very useful.

a little history on my prior automotive experience.
I have owned a little bit of a variety of vehicles.
    1st car Dodge Omni GLH-T
    2nd 1984 Pontiac Fiero 2M4 4-speed.
    3rd 1990 Civic hatch B20 swap.
4th 1989 Honda CRX Si DOHC ZC
    5th 1991 Nissan 240SX SE

    6th 1990 Eagle Talon turbocharged all-wheel-drive

    a shot of the bay

    did the build...
