1 window wont roll up

Okay, so my passenger front window wont roll up, but will roll down. I had to roll it up by running jumper wires (no not jump starter cables) from the window motor to the battery. Rolled up, no problems. Then tested multiple times from both drivers and passengers switch, it will only roll down.

Possible cause: I enabled the window lock (just in case) while having my niece in the back. Problem started directly after i turned off the window lock. All 3 other windows function fine. I know I need to bust out the multimeter. Just curious if this has happened to anyone else. I suspect the drivers side switch.

4 dr. - It is the front passenger window.

I'd say the switch is bad. The manual has an excellent troubleshooting guide for the windows starting on p. 25-53. It will get you squared away a lot faster than we can in a thread.
