    B16 turbo

    how do i mount a tturbo on my car if i got a B16? can i use a kit? or do i have to get pipes custom made? and will an exhaust header off anothr car fit?

    I plan on getting a kit but it may be cheaper to do a custom kit since you can buy the manifold seperate. If you buy a kit i would be really shocked if the pipes line up properly (if intercolled) because i doubt the hole to the bumper is in the same location.

    that was the prob i thot of... can i just bent 2.5 inch exhaust pipes to it? i have a pipe bender so i could just bend them myself?

    I say use a b16 turbo manifold for the turbo u are using, there are lots of them (manifolds) made for b16's unlike A20's. Anyway then buy a seperate intercooler and do your own ducting for the intake side. It shouldn't be too difficult if you have a bender.

    It all depends you may be able to just cut it and use a cuppler in possible but it all depends on the layout and no matter what its probably gonna be rather easy to fix. Your either gonna be to short or too long (i would think short) so you can have a piece welded in or have a custom piece made.
