I think he's talking about the tint that will change color (for example the lower part might be reflective silver and will transition to red towards the top).

actually.. i saw a pretty nice subaru, it was si blue.. had a body kit, carbon fiber wing and hood, fender flares, z3 fender scoops, hood scoop, look like it was lowered to about 1 inch off the ground.. it had matching blue tint and was kind of reflective.. it flowed pretty well with the car and i usually hate seeing colored tint.. but i liked it on this car
