    A20 swap to a built A20?

Essentially, in my '89 lx sedan, i have the carb a20a3(if i'm correct) and I'm wondering how hard it would be or what it would take, to get an efi a20, and the tranny, and convert my auto+carb over to that setup. I pretty much wanna build the new motor while its out, then drop it in. I figure i won't have to change that much since it'll be about the same engine. But could anybody give me some info, or opinions? And yes, i have plenty of time to work on it, its not my daily. Thanks for any help!
