    New Clutch Install Completed

I finished installing my new clutch yesterday. It's an Exedy/Daikin OEM replacement clutch I bought off of Ebay (seller's name is "aitaclutchinc").

The install went pretty smoothly, considering this was the first time I've ever messed with transmission-related stuff. It took me about 5 days to do. I used jackstands to support the car. the only time I had someone help me was when I re-installed the tranny.

The old clutch was slipping badly, especially after I installed the Weber DCOE carbs. The new clutch feels great! The clutch pedal operates so smoothly now. Now I just need to take it easy for the 3K mile break in period.

Thanks so everyone who helped me by answering questions along the way!

3,000 mi....I can do that in about 3weeks of just driving to school

    *sigh*

Hopefully I'll get reimburssed on the mileage on my taxes...
