Headers between 130-400 depending on brand and material cam regringing between 120-200 from companys depending if you get a junkyard one to grind and shipping costs. About 300-400 for a webber carb (Real nice gain) or about 700-800 for dual sidedrafts (damn nice gain). Also you can chop off your pacesetter muffler and attach a dynomax superturbo muffler 40 bucks. I did that and the difference was quite noticeable.

First I would do a tune up new air filter
    fuel filter
    PCV filter
    plugs
    wires
    distributer cap and rotor
car cleaning get a can of carb cleaner
    oil change

for the money I'd say steer away from headers, they don't really add that much for the price, Just put that money towards a weber
    89 efi conversion
17" katana, lude arms, full 2" exhaust/hollowed cat, Ractive intake, centerforce dual friction, msd coil/wires

since the headers are not much of a high price, u wont lose anyting by gettin one. For under 200 bucks (shipped to ur door) i would say go with it. No one here on this board actually has dyno numbers for a stock header, DC or pacesetter. but with an aftermarket header u will defenitely gain some weight IMO<<Never reallly had the weight tested, but sure enough the stock ones are hella heavy>>. Also, if u have a carb, ur header is 4-1 design which is a piece of shit type, unless u have a drag race type or a high reving engine. 4-2-1 design gives u a lotta free flow. LIke starter said, loose the pacesetter muffler. Note all starter said and u would be set. and of course, ur AC wont work. Ditch the whole system
