    Cup Holder/Arm Rest Compatability

    Hi guys,

I have a UKDM 3rd gen Accord, and I'm wondering if some of the USDM parts we didn't get in England might fit my Accord. I really want cup holders and a front arm rest in my car as they're the 2 things the car is really lacking. I buy a coffee every morning and have to drive fairly gently between McDonald's and work as I have to stand it on the floor, so I'd like a cup holder so I can hoon it to work lol. And an arm rest would just make driving more comfortable, as I like to rest my hand on the gearstick as I drive.

So, here are some photos of the rear of my handbrake housing, and of my cassette holder. Can anyone tell me if the relevant USDM bits would fit? Also, were the arm rests available in black? I've seen lots of burgundy and brown but no black ones

I can provide more photos if needed!

    Cheers,
    Josh

Cheers fella, just wanted to check the fitment was the same as my cassette holder, sounds like good news it's a saloon I've got mate, but the interior is the same, bar the upholstery in mine.

I'd be interested in the cup holder, could you PM me some photos please mate?
    Cheers,
    Josh

What are the buttons on your console for? They won't be on the USDM armrest version of the console.

The buttons are for the electric aerial and the headlight washers. I thought there were 2 different kinds of arm rest, one that was part of the console, and one that mounts to the rear of the console?

    Re: Cup Holder/Arm Rest Compatability

USDM se-i arm rest probably won't fit due to the offset mounted e-brake handle on EDM/JDM models. Not sure how easy it is to move the e-brake handle to center bit it probably could be done anyway

    Re: Cup Holder/Arm Rest Compatability

Probably want to get the USDM e-brake mounting hardware also.

You'd definitely lose your headlight washer button with a US armrest. Around here, the bolt on armrest is considered inferior, known to break, extremely rare and probably non-existent in your color.
