So I truly am new to the lowering crowd and was wanting to know HOW do you lower your honda?
I've always had lifted jeeps and such and when you lift you obviously get new springs, shocks and control arms to correct your angles. But with Hondas I'm truly lost on the right way.
What all do you need to do to lower your car??
I see springs that lower like these: But is this even worth it for like 96$?

What brands of lowering equipment should you stay away from and which brands are good?
I have a 86 accord lxi hatchback and I like how 2.25" or so lower they look.
I want a stiffish ride, not real mushy and something that won't drop a lot when I get in the car as I'm 6'0" and 270#.
School me gentleman!!
