well you need to specify what it is that you want... do you want it to be loud? If so... look into the flowmasters.. I have a dynomax super turbo and it has a nice tone at normal rpms and once I open it up she growls pretty nicely... Although the flow master is louder.... and more expensive.... did you want to re-run your piping??? Cat back? if not it wont be as loud and you wont notice as much performance gains.... plus you will have to have them weld an adapter from the stock piping to the 2.25in inlet...

use a hi flow cat with 2 inch pipe and no muffler and a big assed tip. I have a pipe bender and i get pipe wholesale so i have a straight exhaust with no cat or anythin in 1.75 inch... it cracles when you rev it... SOOOOO LOUD... way too illegal...

neuspeed007, i am gonna tell u something that i found out in an amazing way. . i removed the back of my exhaust, the part from my rear axles to the muffler during my efi conversion. I fired the car up and reved it a lil bit and i was amazed how the sound was deep and low and not a bid braggy or ricy sound. With just the cat and no muffler, my exhaust was not at all quiet (an extremely low deep base). I was like, damn i want this i need this sound. Also to note is that i am all stock exhaust vise so i dont know if u guys with high flow cat would get the same result or u guys with headers. Look into that man, see if u get the same result. if ur state is not that strict on emission and sound like NJ ur set. cause all the muffler does is just quietens and all the filtering part is done by the cat so u wont be doing any harm to the environment either.

Yup I am 20 but what can I say if I believe mufflers sholf muffle sound. besides if my exhaust sets off car alarms I better have a 400 horse engine to back it up otherwise it is like when a girl stuffs her bra great untill you get to actually experience things.
