    Oil light? Anyone else?

I think it has to do w/ my RPMS. I'm trying to keep my FI to keep idle as low as possible. But, when coming of the hwy, I find that when I hit the brakes, my oil light comes on... flickering.. WTF... It's like when you stall her out if you were to drop the clutch and give her no gas.

    Any leads?

    Raise the idle?

Check your oil psi. Make sure its within specs. If so, try checking the connector plug or replace oil sensor.

should idle around 30-40 psi.......the switch is good and will keep the light off until like 5psi so it's either your oil pressure or sending unit or wiring to the sensor. Check for a ground in your wiring.....when its grounded the light comes on.
In the end...it doesn't even matter.

check for a leak underneath your car, put a white thin blanket and park over it for atleast one night and you can see some results..

also you can try running a thicker oil mine usto idle poorly when it got really hot so I one day out of anget threw some stp 4 cyl engine treatment in regardless of oil level(long time ago) after that it idled fine fo i alaways used it but now I use penzoil 10w30 with one bottle of lucas engine treatment 4 quarts total and it runs very nice.

oil slowing around while braking would lead to the warning light come on. If the oil pick up on the pan is busted then ur screwed.
