Ive had nothing but outstanding customer service, yes in the area of erroneous part shipment or boxed wrong.
I got a super deal on a wire set for the mazda, one wire was like 1.5 inches too short, they sent me another complete set no questions asked, even let me keep the other set. I got the parts quickly too.
