    how to make sides for front lip

    the front lip i got looks nice but it doesnt have 1 side piece, anyonek now how i can mold my own, what kinda stuff should i use? i tryed making one outta fiberglass but it turned out like shit

    I was gonna say fiberglass resin but.. hmm get some cardboard and tape it on there then spray truck bedliner over it.

    I would say make a mold out of cardboard and lay some fiberglass strips with resin on the mold until it's thick enough.

    instead of cardboard, try getting some thin aluminum from a bodyshop supply and use that, it would be flexable enough to mould to whatever shape.
