Will any SI rims fit our 3GEEZ?

Will any SI rims fit our 3GEEZ without messing up the speedometer or rubbing. Most of the people on ebay don't list sizes. Oh yeah is our lug pattern 4x100? or what is it?

But the size of the tire won't matter at all? I just wanted to make sure that it wouldn't mess up my speedometer. It's like 7:09 here and I've been up for over 30 hours, but correct me if i'm wrong SI rims are hella lightweight right?

The bolt pattern is fine, it isn't until 92, when the prelude was redesigned that it got 114mm x 4 bolt pattern.

The oem tire size on the 99-2000 civic SI's is 195/55-15, that is perfect for prelude since tirerack.com say's the oem tire size on a 91 prelude SI is 195/60-14. 195/55-15 is a plus size for 195/60-14, so your speedo will be fine. 205/50-15 is another plus size that will work just fine.

I went to 3 different wheel weight web sites and none of them had weight info on the 99-2000 civic SI alloy's. They are not know for being super lite. They are going to weigh less then allot of cheap heavy aftermarket rims. They are going to weigh about the same as the integra 94-2001 GSR rims, which weigh 15-16lbs, only the JDM civic and integra Type-R rims are known for being really lite weight, 11-12lbs.

What I think I might do is buy those rims with 4 spokes, I don't remember what they were called. I think they weighed 11 lbs.
I am have a really crappy day today. I get off of work at 8am and my starter goes out. I just put a new napa starter in the in May. So now I don't have my car for 2 more days. I have a 3 year warranty but I don't have my baby. Does anyone know where to get the cheapest Weber 32/36 (not off ebay) like what site? I know one site had free shipping but I think shipping is only $15. Thanks for your help guys.

When you find out what they are let me know, I'll verify their weight. The only factory honda/acura rims that weigh in the 11lbs range are jdm type R rims. Are they honda/acura rims? Or are they aftermarket? Any 11lbs rim, isn't going to be cheap.

Sorry to hear about your bad day, that sucks.

I found who carries them, www.wheelmax.com $135 each

But I just can't picture those rims looking good on a car, I dunno just my opinion, it's cool if you all like them. For the same money I'd rather have konig traffik rims 12.4lbs http://www.discounttiredirect.com/dt...odeIndex=65010

You can also get Konig helium 10.8lbs rims for less $400 Vs $540

The traffik rims are the same price as the axis mag lites, $135 from www.discounttiredirect.com do a wheel search for 15" 4x100mm bolt pattern and they will come up. They weigh 12.4lbs.
The helium's weigh less at 10.8, but I like the traffik's better.

Hey guys I need some advice fast. I just found some older Prelude SI rims at the junk yard he wants $50 for all four. 2 of them have ok tires. Some scratches but I think I can sand and polish them out. Have all 4 center caps. Will these fit? I saw that they were 13"x5" and a 40mm offset. It's a 4 bolt pattern I don't know how many mms' it is though? I picked one of them and they were light as hell. With the tires on. I am just judging them compared to my stock steelies. They guys said the si rims were aluminum. They felt like it. So, should I buy them? Oh yeah I got the SI spoiler off the prelude also. I'm going to have it mounted hopefully tomorrow.

I think I might take the steering wheel off it too. But I have a question about that. Does the lude one bolt right on? I noticed it only has 3 horns cempared to my 4. Is that going to be a problem? I like how it looks. Look like a racing wheel. I'm going to buy those rims tomorrow and bring them to a shop to see if they're bent at all. Then I will sand them down and polish them babies up and put a new clear on them. Ohhh sooo light!!!

i can guarantee that a rims from an 83-91 lude wil bolt on to your cars... if you got 13x5 alloys off a lude, it was from a 2nd gen, 83-87... is the pattern and enkei style mesh? yes, those rims are quite light, and they look ok... i personally like the 14x5.5 off the 3g better, and since i already have those, it works out great... if possible, can you take a pic of the lude rims you found? i could tell ya exactly which one they're from and if they'll fit if you can...
