ebay listing for "timing cover" - I don't get it

    http://www.ebay.com/motors/carsandtr...a/Accord/19880

Maybe I don't know what a "timing cover" is. I thought it was the little cap that covers the timing port on the flywheel housing. If that is it, why does this listing - and others for the same item - show all the photos covering the whole car?

No, the timing cover goes on the front of the engine to cover the timing belt. The flywheel housing is the bell housing that is part of the transmission case.

Timing cover covers the timing belt, oil pump, tensioner etc. They posted pictures of the rest of the car because they are scrapping the whole car I imagine.
