    1989 Accord Aerodeck 2.0 EXI

    Hi, I've been lurking on here for a few weeks, so thought I should introduce myself. I'm in the UK and managed to pick up a 89 accord for a steal....£0

    I was working in a customers garden, who's house was for sale. The estate agent was showing a client round and opened the garage...



    I asked the customer what she had planned for the car and she said she was going to scrap it I offered to trailer it away for her
    In the end, a top up with fresh fuel and some air in the tyres and she started up first time. There was a leaky injector, but that sealed in seconds.





    This is the car back home.



    It has 92,000 miles on the clock, its been dry stored for 3 years and garaged for 10 years. It has full Honda service history and is pretty clean. A few scrapes here and there but next to no rust. The underside is cleaner than the bodywork!

    The interior was pretty moldy

    It'll be at a Japanese auto extravaganza next weekend. I'm on the hunt for some oem looking 15" wheels. My poor legacy is sat on the drive at the moment :-)

    Welcome! Where in the UK are you? Pretty sure I saw this at JAE, my spares car was there on the JDM Register stand Saturday afternoon, NATO green, minter won't be out for a while yet ;]

    I'm in Poole.

    At the mo the only plans are to use it as a daily, while I patch my baby up... My legacy.

    I'm on the hunt for some bargain wheels and lowering springs. I've really got to keep the spending down on this one, as my legacy has cost me a fortune.

    I'll be popping some night breaker bulbs in soon, maybe tint the windows if I find the £££. I would like a spare set of rear lights to experiment with leds.

    I missed your aerodeck at jae, I was pretty much drunk from lunch time onwards on the sat :-)

    STI wheels wrapped in 235/40/17 Falkens
