bumper clips

Sorry if this has been asked but i can find what these are for. There are two clips on my bumper and I'm wondering what they are for, there are two of them.

are they the threaded ones in the front? those are for the license plate on the front

Their threaded, but on the top of the bumper. I haveonly seen them on this one. They are threaded on the top of the front bumper, one has a cap on it with what looks like something broken on it. The other one has nothing but threads on it. I took a pic, but my phone will not let me upload it. I'll have to wait until I can get to a comp, tomorrow.

They are kind of below the headlights more below the edge of the hood, not sure if we mean the same thing. Sorry it took so long but here are the pics.
The first one is a close up of the clip.

This one is the cap, I took it off and put it on my hood for a better look.


What do you think they are?

Anything connected to them under the bumper. Do they look like the base for a deer horn/whistle or aftermarket headlight washer system.

Nothing that i can tell. I can't see anything, and i can't really get my hand up there though the opening. Nothing under the bumper, and nothing that i can tell under the car that goes there either.
