I know this isnt a craigslist find, but I was up at my local junk yard, and I found a red and black hatch. It said it was an 89, and I thought it was a mistake, so i looked in the door jam, and it said it was actually built 2/89. Im confused because I thought they were only built in 1988. I even looked at the color codes and it was a true color combo car. Is this thing a rare car?
They made them in 88 and 89 I believe. How do the door panels look? I am really looking for a set for my hatch!
Huh, I was only aware of the hatchbacks with that color combo made in 88. They werent that great, plus the car had already been picked through. Up here in spokane there are quite a few hatch's in the junkyards, plus an occasional se-i every other week.
What I'm looking for is a hatch with black door panels, and the seatbelt mechanism is built into the door.
Oh, the driver and passenger doors were there, all the panels were in there, not sure on the condition.
