No, it won't swap. You're stuck with what you have, pretty much. Port it, put in bigger valves, and go with it. rjudgey is the master of the A series head, so if that's a path you want to go down, search around here and read all of his threads about heads and engines. I would link you to a couple, but you really need to read through the bulk of them to put all of the information together.
The only engine families that are interchangeable at all are f and h series. Even that is hit and miss.
not even close bro. you can build the A20A or do a direct bolt in JDM B20A swap (the rare hard to find manual gearbox for is a huge down side) or do a regular B-series swap using the mount kit

Check out the swap sub forum. I believe members have installed all the B-Series, The F22 and the H22 IIRC. No, the J-series or K-series will not fit without loads of money, a machine shop and a lot of frankensteining to the bay. Best bet if you're staying with an a20 is to swap to OBD1, have it tuned correctly and then sprinkle loves in from there, i.e. Header/CAI/Bigger Cam/shave head down some etc. Read up on this stuff.

I wouldn't say you need a machine shop to swap an engine, just a tape measure, a welder, and a good assortment of cutting tools.
