    Steering Column help.

    Does any one know how to install a column holder specifically parts 8,4, and 3 in the image? They are supposed to be held down together. between the steering column, I had un-bolted the steering column, to get to the ignition switch, which, I found, was un-necessary. Does any one, know how to put it back on?
