How good is the "Exedy" clutch??

Is this clutch a good one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1872862129 I just replaced the clutch like 6 or 7 months ago and i need another already. I heard i was supposed to resurface the flywheel that's why this one burned out so quick. I'm looking for a clutch that will last long but give me at least stock performance. I don't know too much about cluthes so any input will help.

I recently put an Exedy (Daikin) clutch on my Integra, and love it. Honda uses Daikin clutches from the factory, so that should tell you that they're high quality.

Clutch City Online sells a new kit for $94.00. I got my kit from them with no problems whatsoever. This would be a stock application. Just make sure you resurface the flywheel this time. If your getting it done by a shop, ask them the cost difference between a flywheel resurface and a new flywheel.... sometimes it's only 25 or 50 dollars more.

you should only resurface the flywheel if it is not straight.
in my opinion, you can buy a new flywheel for the price you would pay to resurface your old one.

Really? Why did it wear out so fast? I remember buddy telling me that there was something that needed to be resurfaced i can't remember what though.

Resurface the flywheel if needed ~$60
