Life's busy what can I say?

A few updates:

Replaced my Headlights:

Properly installed my guage cluster.. had some extra sound dampening so I figured it wouldn't hurt:



Gauge cover:




I cut down the Gauge cover... I found it to be too big, I'll be doing a fiberglass edge on this to make it look cleaner:



I messed up while cutting this with a saw, The right side is stright but the left side has a curve in it... I'll be fixing this:




I was playing around with a 4G spoiler, what do you think?:






OH, and I installed my prelude seats :-)

I'm definitely going to the year to grab one I called the glass shop today and they said 500 bucks.



So I just saftied my car myself:

I found a piece of fiberglass and got inspired while I Was fixing one of my doors...

I really really want to make fiberglass door panels... Not too hard hey?




of course this was a quick mock up too see how I could hang it from the top of the door frame but I think I could do something that would be really neat :-)

So Yeah Update:

Horn is fixed,

Blower motor is kind of running.... I think it's toast and needs replacement... sounds like a whole tree is in side the blower motor lol


AND I relocated my battery :-)




I just need to fix my fuel lines now :-) and switch my tires over... Not much left!

A little picture update:






I Know I Need to be using a different battery that's the the mounting isn't permanent yet.




My passenger headlight was damaged. Replaced :-)

I also re-installed the ducting under the dash, confirmed it's defrosting my window now :-)

I found out that the tires and rims on my 02 accent fit our cars .... Bonus! Means I save a hundred bucks on getting new tires as I had an extra set on rims in storage :-) I had to replace tires anyway to pass safety :-)



So beautiful here today... got to roll the car out and start her up... Brought it up to temp and the heater blew warm air on the window!! so now I'm guaranteed 100% done finished without a doubt now haha felt good to get this project off the list :-)


After I finished that Lordco called My fuel line fasteners/hose clamps came in :-)



So, the car is jacked up and I'm ready to start securing the fuel line.... almost done :-)

Poo.

Just figured out I have something I Need to complete first before putting my fuel lines back in.

All the rust repair I did ( wheel well front passenger tire, Floor pan under read driver passenger feet) ..... well I didn't complete it all apparently (now that i"m crawling under to secure fuel lines >:-\ ).

So now I have to go to Lordco once again and purchase Rubberized Undercoating in a spray can. This way I can fill in the one spot and eventually cover everything up so none the wiser :-)

It's drying... or was when I left the house today :-)

So after doing these area's I now have to coat the entire underside of the car to make these spots blend in :-) Looks good tho :-)

Rear Passenger wheel well done.







Just need to finish spraying the underbody and then I can attempt to secure the fuel lines :-)

Well the rest of the car is sprayed, thank goodness we are breaking heat records here in Kelowna! +15c here yesterday (59 Fahrenheit you Americans :-P)

From the fuel rail going through the Firewall

Down to the left under the insulation along the bottom of the door.

All secured all the way to the back, Used a small drill bit and self tapping skrews

Pops through under the rear passenger seat



I moved the fuel filter to the Gas Tank, I dont know why it's just not under the hood anymore lol



I had 3 extra fasteners, This is the positive power cord running on the passenger side of course :-) It's just sitting loose here no battery...

Temporarily ran like this I had lots of extra 2ga Power wire



So i'm basically done. I have more Rubberized sound dampener so that is what I'm going to finish today... put the wheels back on and go for a test drive
