    tail lights

    yeah i have an 89 Lx its gold/tan whatever u want to call it, do u have any suggestions on what kind of custom tail lights to buy or what i could do to them to make them look sweet? thx

    you cant buy any custom tails.... paint them all red

    buy some candy apply red transparent paint from wal-mert an spray two coats over em. Or you should make clears.

    what if i make it look shitty? where can i get some stock taillights? and does anyone have a goldor tan whatever color it is accord that has some customed lights that i can look at? i just want to get an idea of what it would look like before i do it

    trust me... the all red looks really nice... i did mine differently... just search though the pics link in my signature i have supra style tails

    aight i will do it, but can someone do a how to plz do i have to pull the lights out or can i just mask around the lights and do it like that?

    just mask of the around the outside an make sure u cover up the reverse light an just spray a coat wait awhile an spray another coat.

    89accordboi....there's a How-to in the How-to section... I looked at it the other day...it's helpful...take a look at that. You can either take out the lights (which is really easy...like 8 nuts to unscrew), or you can do what the other guy said and mask off your car's rear end...personally I'd just take out the lights, but that's just me!!! Have fun!!

    yeah i checked out the how-to before i saw ur post, im just not sure whether i should do black tops or all red, i will probably do all red it will look pimp

    I've never seen the smoked...I think that'd look better than having circles or whatever....but red is probably the easiest and you know it'll look tight....
