Very difficult to say. The balljoint might be the reason if it is loose and can move the whole knuckle out. Did you have this problem after lowering it or only now? And how long has it been lowered without camber correction? Check your tires, that's a good indication.
But above all, have that upper arm/balljoint replaced.
If I remember correctly, didnt you lower your car without taking it in to get an alignment?

When I had a bad upper ball joint the wheel was noticeably tipped in much more than the other side and when I replaced it the problem was gone. You should be able to jack up the car and feel the looseness in the ball joint.
