    $1000-?

    OK! hey everyone im new to the board. ive got an 88 accord lx-i
    and ill be getting about $1000 to do whatever i want with outta my next paycheck. so heres my question, if YOU had $1000 to do whatever you could to make my car better what would you do?

    -Struts $100-450+
    -Lowering springs $100-300
    -Bigger wheels and wider tires $100-$5000
    -Bigger swaybars $360
    -strut bar $50-200
    -Rear disc brakes $?
    -SS brake lines $126

    If you're looking for power:
    -headers $100-400?
    -exhaust $45-350
    -intake $30-185
    -LSD $675
    -Nitrous $100-1000
    -Cam $100-200
    -Port and Polish $?

    If you're looking for looks:
    -sidemarkers $15-50
    -Red tailights (or smoked) $6
    -Body kit $?
    -New paint $100-5000+
    -H4 conversions $50-100
    -Tint $20-300
    -Wing $60-500

    If you're looking for sound:
    -Headunit $20-1000
    -speakers $20-600
    -Amp $50-500+
    -Sub $50-500+

    I'm sure there is much more, and some of the prices might not be quite right, but I'm getting tired so F*** IT!

    if your doin looks, cut out the h4 conversion, but some diamond back lights off of ebay (like $30 somethin) then paint your interior (around $5 per can of paint [use only plastikote vinyl spray paint] i got primer for $2 though) or you could give me the money and you can have the satisfaction of knowing you helped someone fix up their car lol

    These: Click Me! They allow you to use h4 bulbs (instead of the old sealed beams, which aren't as bright), and look really nice.

    OH i have a question, i REALLY want to paint my car, maybe not soon but i do, ive thought of silver and light light metalic green, anyone got any other suggestions?

    I'm currently painting my car all white (bumpers, mouldings, shaving emblems, etc.), and I really like that look. But a dark silver would look sweet on our cars too.

    get a body kit and paint it, it makes the car look a lot better, you can get a 4th gen kit for like 450
