ok....so the engine tilts 15 degrees forward or backward? and the airhorns on the dcoes point back towards the firewall?....somone please clear all this up for me! thanx!!!!!!

Our engines tilt forward 15 degrees. I had my DCOE manifold made so that the carbs have a 5 degree upward tilt (the manifold has a 10 degree down tilt).
Yeah, the airhorns point toward the firewall. I posted some pics of my install here if you wanna see:
