Question what does dynomax turbo muffler sound like?

im thinkin about getting a dynomax turbo muffler, i hear its only like $30... and another $30 for a tip. i want a muffler that has a good semi-loud sound when accelerating, because i dont want to have to pull in my spot in my driveway really loud (i park where our boat used to be placed... behind a gate)(my driveway is uphill)
but i want a pretty loud sound when i accelerate hard. who would recommend this muffler, and what size/type of tip should i get?

    thx

i have one. its more deeper thats why ppl say its not THAT loaud. its good for me. and isnt obnoxius. when you dont want to hear it just roll you windows up. it has a really low reverbaration when between 1000-3200 rpm. after that either you intake or (if your stock) your engine over powers it. thats where the flow of the muffler is better then others.
ACT Stage 1, Short Ram Intake & 2.25 Dynomax custom catback w/4inch carbon fiber tip. Thats it for now.

I like it not too loud so you look like an ass when you get it handed to you by just about every other car around and it also is not the wet fart sound.

I'm running with DC Sports headers, and stock exhaust to the muffler, which is a 3A Racing fartgun. I was impressed at how it sounded... a very deep, low tone. Hopefully I wont get that wet fart sound after I upgrade the cat and exhaust piping.

ok, im gonna change to a OBX B1 muffler with stock everything else,

    1)will it fart?

2)and if i install SRI along with the muffler, would it make it sound a lot better, or just better, not not at all?

the dynomax sounds like any regular TURBO muffler. yah, ur CB turbo probably sounds near the Dynomax. I think loud is best! But no wet farts here! STRAIGHT PIPE WITH NO MUFFLER AND A RESONATOR ONLY!!!

    34: dynomax
    20-30: tip
80-130: custom piping done by generic muffler shop.

total: 134-194 estimate. you should definetly not pay over 200 for total completion.

hahaha... here too. but u just need to know when to be quiet and when to haul ass! when i was runnin 1.5 inch pipe from the engine back, i was actually hiding from the cops. id drive quiet then when i would see them id floor it and let them know where i went... then i would go quiet again!!! it was fun!!!!

yeah that kina makes it sound weird. but when doing usual driving you dont hear that noise unless you take a long time to shift... i downshift a lot when i slow down, so i dont usually let the rpms slowly drop like i did for the clip...

and thanks for the nice feedback!

hey accord boi my setup is:
    2.25 from stock cat back.
no muffler, and just a resonator and a strate flow tip, not a resonating tip. its about the cheapest exhaust system one could install, though i think it is still REALLY restrictive, because i didnt notice a very big gain, other than sounding a lot faster...

i think if i ditch the cat, and the resonator, and get a good high flow muffler i will see the results i want
