yes!! Its called an Ls vtec!! You use the B18 block out of Ls integra and bolt on a B16 or B18 Vtec head!!!

the b16 head is better than the b18c1 and in some cases better than the b18c5 head, the b16 head flows more air, resulting in more power, back a few years ago, there was a thing called the "frankenstein" , people would put a b16a head on a b18c1 block, since the b16 head is somewhat better in most cases
