Your gonna want to spend a bit more than $400 on your cars suspension. No one makes spirngs that do 1.5" front and 1" rear. I'd recommend that you get neuspeed 1.5" drop springs from www.nopionline.com for $130, then buy a pair of Koni sturts for the front $212 from www.shox.com and a pair of tokico struts for the rear, $110 also from shox.com Total $452 Whatever combination you consider, get koni struts in the front at the very least.

Here's a list of available springs.

To get different drop front to back you'll need coilovers unless you want to do something creative (probably not a good idea) or can live with the same drop all around.
here's a list of coilovers available:

Pretty much the cheapest you can go on dampeners (shocks, struts, whatever) is Konis front ($212 for pair) www.shox.com and Tokicos rear ($120ish for pair). That would only leave about $80 for springs. If you cheap-out on the dampeners your car will bounce when you hit bumps since 'softer' shocks can't stop the oscillations of the stiffer springs very well.

No you do not need a camber kit with drops of 1.5" or less. If you do, it means something was wrong with the car before the drop.

No, 1.5" and less drop and you can go without. But if your front upper ball joints ever got bad you may want to consider moving to the Prelude arms with adustable camber. Then you can set it however you like it.

How low can you get accords before they scrape badly over little bumps and stuff, like whats the biggest drop attainable before you risk breaking stuff?

Hmm, I want you to pm these 2 people, they have the experience that I think your looking for. First person is josh (Goldyaccord) he's a good example of how running to low can be really hard on sturts (he's blown his koni's. Going below 2.25" drops isn't something I recommend, what has happened to josh's struts is a good example of why).

Second member is chris (pearldrop). He had a real nice show car accord that was dropped pretty low if I recall.

If I were you I'd just cut and paste the question you've asked here and add to it how I recommended that they be asked by you.
