damn, for a little kid just gettin his license, ya sure as hell got an attitude on ya, right? why dont you just take off both doors and jack your car WAY up. go for an off-road look complete with a rack of high intensity lights and a rack for your snowboard

why don't you just swap both of the regulators? you are gonna have to take them out anyway to swap the motors! and if you don't want to do that the motors are only held on with some 10mm bolts

oh shit i just reread your post can you not get the regulator out? there are two 10mm nuts bolting the glass to the regulator.

Hey chill, man. I was just messing around with you so I'm sorry for suggesting you go and jump off a cliff. Anyways, about your problem, I think as Flamed89 said, there are two bolts holding the window to the regulator. You just gotta find where they are and loosen them. You really can't take a door apart, but it is possible to replace the regulator and it would be nice to have an extra pair of hands to hold the window up while you loosen or tighten the bolts.
