I recall seeing a second switch on my transmission housing when i did my clutch.. not the reverse switch.. but another switch like it.
Someone told me that it was a neutral saftey switch... is that true? This could be useful in the event I want to install a remote starter.
On your car, being an Se-I, I'm not sure, there could be a neutral safety switch. However, I do know for a fact that my Lx does NOT have a neutral safety switch. Where was the switch located?

On my 89 LXi I only have the one switch on my tranny. The only other switch related to the system that I know of the is the clutch-starter interlock, but that's definitely not on the housing though.
