Talking Hey Carbies... got my new Motor.

Ok so I got an A20A3 motor and trans from a 5-Speed SE-i

I removed the injectors and wire harnesses
    I removed the Alternator
I removed the EFI Intake manifold
I removed the Distributor side cam seal and swapped it with one off a carbed accord so I could use the carb distributor
    I kept the thermostat housing
    I kept the water pipe
    I removed PS pump
    I removed A/C Condensor

I'm looking to rebuild the motor a bit... port out the carb intake manifold near the plenum. Install a new timing belt since the one on there is missing a few teeth. Sticking on the weber.

I might as well check the water pump too.

the altermnator will be replaced with the one from the A20A1 and also the wire harness.

Cool thing is those who removed the coolant lines when doing the weber conversion can use the EFI temp guage sending unit that comes attatched to the thermostat housing instead of the intake manifold.

unfortunately the header cannot be used, yet sice I haven't plugged up the holes and also i already have my 2.50 set up to run with the carb exhaust manifold.

    more updates to come.

Nope it's the stock exhaust manifold... As for the custom header, I still need to make a flange and buy the pipes... but I won't have much money since I'm quitting my job and hitting school full time.

it's not this bad anymore... I'm working on a new interior scheme without the support bars for the guages.
