I believe a quality timing belt should last 90K.
Nothin' extra
90k if it's a genuine Honda belt, 60k if it's an aftermarket belt (at least that's what I've heard). If you're in doubt about when it was last changed, change it. Not worth taking the risk

Black '89 Accord LX-i sedan - 436,600 miles and still going strong!
Black/Red '04 Honda CBR 600 F4i -256,100 miles and also counting quick
The first Honda belt I changed was on an '87 Accord Lx. It had 125,000 miles on it and probaly could have gone another 25,000 miles.
The problem with 3G engines is they are "interference" engines. If the belt breaks, the valves collide with the pistons and you can now kiss a ton of $$$ good-bye.
I agree with what's been said above. If the belt is a factory belt, you might get 90K to 100K. If it's anything else, I wouldn't let it go more than 60K.
